Un bellissimo murales spicca sulla facciata di una scuola elementare, i cui protagonisti sono, e non poteva essere altrimenti, dei bambini insieme alle loro lunghe ombre. Il tutto realizzato in modo incredibilmente realistico ed eccezionalmente tridimensionale. Il murales 3D è frutto dell’idea e della splendida mano dell’artista norvegese Anders Gjennestad, anche conosciuto come Strok , per la prima volta all’opera nel nostro Paese, più precisamente nel pieno centro di Gaeta, rinomata località balneare in provincia di Latina, e la scuola in questione è la “Virgilio”.
Il suo lavoro è stato oggetto di grande curiosità e trepidante attesa, da parte degli esperti del settore e non solo. L’artista utilizza una particolare tecnica di stencil in 3D, grazie alla quale riesce a realizzare dei giochi ottici molto efficaci come, in questo caso, quelli prodotti dalle ombre delle figure dipinte. Strok ha dimostrato grande abilità nel lavorare con la luce e con le ombre delineando spazi illusori i cui protagonisti, in questo caso bambini, sembrano ergersi con forza. Anders Gjennestad, classe 1080, nasce a Arendal in Norvegia, ed è famosto grazie alle sue creazioni estremamente realistiche, ottenute grazie allo stencil in bianco e nero, e le mille sfumature di grigio che raccontano effetti della luce su maglie, pantaloni, felpe e cappelli.
Un abbigliamento studiato in maniera maniacale che definisce l’appartenenza dell’individuo ad un mondo e ad una generazione. Attualmente Strøk vive e lavora tra Berlino e Oslo, le città che hanno ospitato le sue esposizioni più importanti.Con l’introduzione dell’ombra, lo stencil di Strok supera la componente bidimensionale del muro e apre a uno spazio di piccoli mondi visti dall’alto in cui figure umane, mai a volto scoperto, animano la vita di strada. I soggetti sono presi dalla contemporaneità di un universo giovane e ribelle che si muove, si sposta e non resta mai fermo.
